Born with an entrepreneurial spirit, Dave Kunkel has always had a strong desire to manage his own business. So, in early 2007, with 20 years of industry experience, he opted to venture out solo into the commercial real estate market and founded Kunkel Commercial Group, Inc. (KCG). Dave made a commitment to create a firm where he could truly help his clients. A firm where relationships are put in front of profits. A firm where clients are treated as individuals, not property addresses. KCG started with more than a dozen listings, all former clients who opted to make the move with Dave. Today, as word gets out about KGC’s client-centered approach to the market, more and more building owners and those looking to buy or lease property continue to look to Dave and his team of professionals to help them navigate the world of commercial real estate. Today, the KCG portfolio consists of a wide variety of properties, including office, medical, retail, industrial space (including self-storage facilities) and land. Now a team of seven, KCG is poised to be your local, independent commercial real estate partner. Each member of the team grew up in the Metro East and resides here today.
