I am the owner and principal broker of a small aggressive boutique brokerage that specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties throughout the state of Texas, particularly in and around the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. I work extensively with class B and C apartment complexes ranging from 20-300 units. Whether representing an owner or an investor, I am client centric, numbers oriented and results driven. I know that beyond my market knowledge, marketing experience and cutting edge technology, my honesty, integrity and ethics are the greatest assets I possess. My client relationships are built on trust, respect and my desire to help my clients achieve, even exceed, their objectives.
