Jennifer has been in the Commercial Real Estate Industry for over 15 years and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Currently, she is the Director of Leasing at U.S. Capital Holdings who is moving aggressively on the "321 North" project. The company has broken ground on a multi-million dollar property and are committed to bringing the best to the community in this live, work, dine, shop, play, and stay destination. 321 North is a 1.5 million square foot project that will consist of approximately 500,000 square feet of retail / restaurant space, two mid-rise residential towers, a 7-story office tower (160,000 SF), and an existing Sheraton Suites hotel. She is adept at all stages of the leasing process, from initial negotiations to closing, including lease drafting. She is well versed in the intricacies and legal ramifications of the lease documents, and has negotiated leases with local, regional, and national tenants. In addition, she exclusively represents both National and Local tenants. Furthermore, she has represented both the Landlord and the Tenant, on different occasions . She consistently produces results that exceed client and corporate expectations. She has proven to be creative, resourceful and analytical with solid problem solving abilities which has maximized performance and generated new business opportunities through superior services and professional acumen. Additionally, she is involved with community service through the Plantation of Chamber of Commerce, NFL Alumni South Florida Chapter "Caring for Kids", Miami Marlin's Community Foundation Member, University of Florida Real Estate Advisory Board Member, Dade County Chief's Association Member and other groups.
