Jason Hart, founder of Hart Commercial Real Estate, is a graduate of the California Polytechnic State University of San Luis Obispo School of Business with an emphasis on business finance and commercial real estate. Prior to the formation of Hart Commercial Real Estate, Jason was a principal in LeMay & Hart Real Estate Investments and worked with Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Central Coast offices. Jason Hart began his commercial real estate career in 2002 and shortly thereafter formed his own boutique commercial real estate firm specializing in sales, leasing and consulting on the Central Coast. During this time he has successfully sold over $155 million in retail, office, multifamily, investment and development properties. Jason has been featured in the March 2009 issue of National Association of Realtor s publication of Realtor Magazine Commercial Spotlight, as well as Loopnet s September 2008 Commercial Industry Newsletter for his expertise and success in using technology to market and sell commercial property. Jason is a member of the California Apartment Association (CAA), the National Apartment Association (NAA), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Pismo Coast Association of Realtors (PCAOR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Society of Industry Leaders. Jason has served on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Club of South San Luis Obispo, as well as the board of directors of Arroyo Grande Rotary Club and the Pismo Coast Association of Realtors. Jason resides in Nipomo with his beautiful wife Shelli, and their sons Gianni, Lucca and Matteo.
