Originally from Iowa, John is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University and has been a Manatee county resident for almost 32 years. After serving the public for more than three decades as an area telecommunications manager, John is expert in exceeding client expectations! He has been a Realtor since 1996 and is a member of the Realtors Association of Sarasota and Manatee, the National Association of Realtors and the Commercial Investment Division of RASM.. John has been working on the Commercial Real Estate side for the past 7 years. He has secured big box leases as well as small special need tenant leases. He has skills in matching vacant land listings with buyers need requirements. John belongs to a Commercial Investment Division that meets on a regular basis and gets deals done within the internal group. John’s work ethic and integrity earn the respect of his clients, other brokers and lenders. The Commercial Investment Division has a network of Investors, Architects, Contractors, Commercial Space Planning, Zoning Consultant, Office Furniture, Commercial Painting, Commercial Floor Covering and Commercial Lenders.
