Strong market knowledge and an "owner's" perspective is why Landlords across Chicagoland have hired me to market their commercial retail properties for lease and sale. Tireless dedication, excellent communication and follow-thru and the ability to close deals are key attributes. Landlord's also appreciate that when they call me, I pick up. They rely on my opinions and the level of information I provide them with when they need to make difficult decisions about their assets. I work hard to establish and maintain relationships with Tenant brokers...in order to know which tenants are actively searching for space. This is key to limiting "on-market" time. With over 30 years in the advertising and real estate industries, I have a keen understanding of what it takes to market, create interest and close deals. Recent completed deals for my landord clients include, GAP, Athleta, Starbucks, Binny's, GNC, Fleet Feet, Sleepy's, Snap Kitchen as well as many local independent retailers.
