Mr. Adams is a licensed Florida Real Estate Salesperson. Prior to joining Rock Group in 2015, he gained extensive knowledge of all major real estate product types as an Associate Director and Senior Real Estate Analyst with the Miami office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF). From 2010 to 2014, Mr. Adams specialized in multi-family assets and was a key participant in more than $1.2 billion in transaction volume, including approximately $700 million in agency debt funding. In 2001 and 2002, Mr. Adams had the privilege of working as a Senior Financial Analyst with Cushman & Wakefield of Miami. During his time there, Mr. Adams primarily focused on the valuation, analysis, and sale of CBD and suburban office assets throughout South Florida.
