Mrs. Hillary Steinberg is a Senior Advisor with MDL Group specializing in retail investment sales and leasing. Her commercial real estate career started with Homart Development Company, a subsidiary of Sears, one of the largest developers of office buildings, shopping centers and malls in the United States. Hillary worked with management on the development, leasing and tenant improvements of the Wilshire Landmark, an $85-million, 24-story office building and it’s sister tower, the Landmark II, a $100-million, 17-story office building, in Brentwood, CA. Hillary transferred with Homart to San Diego where she advanced to contracts administrator for Centerside II, a $50-million, 282,000 square foot office building in Mission Valley; and for the construction and redevelopment of the Sears/H Street Shopping Center in Chula Vista, CA, a $43-million project on over 70 acres.
Since joining MDL Group, Hillary has been involved in over $20 million worth of sales and is the Landlord Representative for over 1.22 million square feet of leasing activity. Tenant Representation clients include Escapology, Lockdown, REVIV and Wag’n’Wash and restaurants such as Oh La La, Amazing Thai, Subway, Texas Meltz, Vitality Bowls and Hummus. She’s assisted clients with obtaining space throughout Las Vegas, Henderson and North Las Vegas, including locations on The Strip.
Active in the community, Hillary serves as the President Emeritus of the Board of Directors for Baby’s Bounty, an associated non-profit of Baby2Baby. Hillary is also active in the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce, Women's Philanthropy United, Jewish National Fund, American Cancer Society and the American Heart | Stroke Association.
Hillary has been published in Las Vegas Woman Magazine and has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Women of Influence by MyVegas Magazine. Hillary considers her greatest achievement to be the continued successes of her 3 wonderful daughters.
