PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Lorianne hails from Northern Illinois at the Wisconsin border. She has worked in commercial real estate as a corporate real estate manager, broker and commercial real estate advisor since 1990. Lorianne worked for Sears, Roebuck (Sears Tower) for 16 years in a variety of real estate leadership positions, including regional management of 300 shopping center locations, free standing retail and support locations, and out parcels across the United States. This included out parcel development of local and national retail, restaurant, service businesses and franchises. Lorianne managed a $185 million dollar under-utilized national asset portfolio for Sears before becoming a commercial real estate consultant for NEC Technologies in Itasca, Illinois managing properties across the country. Lorianne served as Economic Director and Real Estate Consultant to global industries and communities in central Kentucky for six years working with the Kentucky Economic Development Cabinet innovating positive economic initiatives with global leaders. As Senior Vice President for Gant Hill & Associates, Lorianne offers services including, but not limited to; tenant/purchaser representation, retail site development, retail, restaurant, shopping center, office sale, lease, investment and 1031 Exchange projects and management.
