I'm best known as an office leasing and sales specialist with an emphasis in media, entertainment, and tech. Prior to joining CBRE, I gained experience in multiple areas of CRE including: management, investment sales, landlord and tenant leasing, and financial analysis. With a unique skill set in the fields of accounting and architectural design, I provide creative solutions and expert guidance. As a Los Angeles native, I leverage keen market knowledge, detailed financial and spatial analyses, and aggressive negotiations to drive value for my clients. I joined CBRE in 2016 and I'm dedicated to employing our superior resources to facilitate top tier relationships. I maintain a client-centric approach to every pursuit while reflecting CBRE’s RISE (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence) values with an above and beyond philosophy. My typical occupier/brokerage transaction and support includes: needs analysis, space analysis, creative on and off market pursuits, financial analysis and comparison, advisory space planning, informed negotiations and periodic compliance assistance.
