I am a Realtor and investor who began with a successful career in consulting and sales, working for a Fortune 500 company. It was here, providing services and industry expertise to major global brands, that I learned many of my problem solving, negotiation, and sales skills. This is also where I developed my philosophy of absolute dedication to the customer and their needs. Using what I learned in my industry profession, I started in real estate as an investor in rental properties and have leveraged my deal structuring knowledge along with my buyer and seller contacts into my business as a KW Commercial real estate professional with Keller Williams. In addition to my business as a Realtor and investor, I have also held classes teaching real estate investment and financing strategies to other real estate agents. I live in Tampa and service Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties. My areas of specialty include tenant and landlord representation, acquisition and disposition advisory services, as well as asset marketing and leasing services. I am passionate about helping people purchase, sell, and lease their business and investment properties by negotiating win-win deals.
