Being a third generation Real Estate Professional and Investor, I bring to the table skills that can only be acquired over years of experience. When I first earned my Real Estate and Mortgage Broker's Licenses in 2005, I worked under my Father and active Broker of over 30 years. He taught me the ins and outs of the industry that I bring to the table when representing my clients. Whether you’re a first time home buyer or an experienced investor, I can guide you through the process of buying and selling Single Family Homes, Land, Condos, or Specialized Businesses. If it has an address, I can make the purchase process as painless and stress-less as possible. I work hard to help my clients navigate the complex nature of the property market. I personally speak with clients to find out their expectations from their real estate experience, making finding or selling properties that suit my client's needs efficient and easy to understand. I use the most up to date marketing processes to sell your home or commercial property. The MLS, all of the major real estate websites and lead generating software. I use high quality flyers, state of the art mailers, virtual tours, open houses, mega open houses, special events and professional photographers/videographers to effectively market and find the property that's perfect for you. With a background in Legal Studies, I also specialize in contract negotiations. Utilizing these skills to ensure we get a price that is on point with your needs. My passion is real estate and making sure customer service is my top priority when dealing with my clients. I strive to ensure the transactions of my clients are always an enjoyable experience.
