Cheryl Monno, Owner and Principal Broker of Seaport Properties, delivers over 30 years of experience in the Northern Virginia real estate market. She is actively involved in consulting with clients and is committed to professionalism. An active Virginia Real Estate agent since 1986 and licensed Virginia Broker since 2005, Cheryl has extensive experience in residential and commercial leasing, management, and sales. Cheryl earned the prestigious Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1995. Her expertise, dedication, and knowledge are an asset to all clients and customers. She is a member of the Northern Virginia Board of Realtors, Virginia and National Associations of Realtors, The Institute of Real Estate Management, the Northern Virginia Apartment Association and the National Association of Residential Property Managers, along with being an active member of the Alexandria Rotary. She is people oriented and maintains a successful, professional balance in relating to all clients and customers. Cheryl is a native of Northern Virginia and currently resides in the Mount Vernon area of Fairfax County. She also holds an active Maryland real estate license and uses it on a referral basis.
