Randy Hall has represented or facilitated transactions with Wal-Mart (2 in Casper), Sam's Club, Sportsman’s Warehouse, Home Depot, Menard’s, OfficeMax, Safeway, Smith's Food & Drug (Casper, Gillette & Green River), Walgreen's (2 in Casper, 1 in Rock Springs), Applebee's (Casper, Gillette & Rock Springs), Wendy's, Arby's (2 in Casper), McDonalds, Kohl’s, Freightliner Corporation, Nabisco, Kum & Go and many, many more. He has directed assignments for CNL Income Funds, Kmart Corporation, General Growth Properties, Excess Space Dispositions, Hunting Performance, National Oilwell Varco, as well as numerous national and regional developers; and Hall is the exclusive representative for Darden Restaurants in Wyoming (Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Longhorn Steakhouse).
