Randy Hall has represented or facilitated transactions with Wal-Mart (2 in Casper), Sam's Club, Sportsman’s Warehouse, Home Depot, Menard’s, OfficeMax, Safeway, Smith's Food & Drug (Casper, Gillette & Green River), Walgreen's (2 in Casper, 1 in Rock Springs), Applebee's (Casper, Gillette & Rock Springs), Wendy's, Arby's (2 in Casper), McDonalds, Kohl’s, Freightliner Corporation, Nabisco, Kum & Go and many, many more. He has directed assignments for CNL Income Funds, Kmart Corporation, General Growth Properties, Excess Space Dispositions, Hunting Performance, National Oilwell Varco, as well as numerous national and regional developers; and Hall is the exclusive representative for Darden Restaurants in Wyoming (Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Longhorn Steakhouse). Hall has facilitated numerous purchases and/or sales of special-purpose properties including a 132,000 sf customer service center for Cendant Corporation in Cheyenne, Wyoming; a 70,000 sf hospital in Lander, Wyoming; a 117,000 sf industrial fabrication building in Casper; as well as a 66,000 sf call center formerly owned and occupied by OfficeMax, sold by Hall in 2011 and now successfully converted to a fully-occupied office building. He has been an active broker and developer contributing to the growth of both East and West Casper and is lending his expertise as a development partner in the redevelopment of key parcels in the Old Yellowstone redevelopment district, as well as properties in The MESA, a mixed-use development in West Casper and Blackmore Marketplace, a retail power center in East Casper. Randy Hall is a full-time commercial real estate broker experienced in almost every aspect of commercial and investment real estate brokerage and private syndication, including investment analysis; buyer representation; quiet acquisition and disposition; land and lease analysis; land assemblage; commercial and residential income finance; real estate taxation issues and IRC 1031 tax-deferred real estate exchanges. Hall has engaged in consulting activities relating to inverse condemnation; access permitting from federal, state and local agencies; planning and zoning issues; property tax appeals; marketing and project analyses in Colorado, Arizona and Wyoming. Randy Hall holds the highly-respected designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute of the National Association of REALTORS®. Of the tens of thousands of real estate professionals across the nation, only a few thousand have attained the CCIM certification. He is the current state president for the Wyoming Association of REALTORS®, past member of the City of Casper Planning & Zoning Commission and current member of the Wyoming Real Estate Commission.
