Enthusiastic, driven, and focused, I moved to Atlanta from St. Louis, Missouri in 2003. I studied at Saint Louis University and earned a Bachelors of Arts in English Literature. Upon graduation, I began my career in real estate finance at On the Move Lending. I acted as the liaison between brokerage and borrowers, appraisers, title companies, and lenders. I also defined and directed project goals while focusing on creating a work environment which motivated her peers. At the onset of the market crash of 2008, I left the industry to become a successful entrepreneur. Equip with an owner’s mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, I am a diligent worker.

I take a vision and make it reality through sound strategy development. I intuitively see the threads of opportunity that wind through an organization, bring them together into a coherent whole, help others extend their thinking, and drive material business advantages. I began my career in real estate finance with NovaStar Mortgage in 2004 as a Loan Processor where I accurately powered through a pipeline of 30-35 loans from opening to funding at any given time. I have experience leading production teams of 30+ individuals, talent pools of 150+ individuals, and have been instrumental in funding over $12 million in loans. I also created and implemented a streamlined entry-level Loan Officer training program. I am distinguished by my ability to identify, leverage, and develop talent. Throughout my career, I have helped clients, peers, and subordinates recognize their unique capabilities and position themselves as “A” players by addressing career strategy and leadership initiatives.
I later joined On the Move Lending, a privately-held mortgage brokerage, as Principal and Senior Loan Processor servicing both conventional and government secured loans to include FHA, VA, and USDA purchases and refinances. Currently, as a Tenant Representation Broker at T. Dallas Smith & Company, a commercial real estate brokerage firm, I provide unbiased, impartial, confidential, and professional commercial brokerage services for office and retail tenants.
