Rick has assisted hundreds of office tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers of office properties throughout his nearly 25 years in the commercial real estate industry. He has an in-depth knowledge of Louisville’s office market and is a frequent contributor to local and regional publications and organizations. His unique experience from all angles of a transaction enables him to serve his clients as a trusted resource. Rick is a former president of the Kentucky CCIM Chapter and was inducted into the 2018 Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame. Rick is a graduate of DePauw University with a degree in history and enjoys golf, travel, and attending his family’s sporting events. He has also served on many community and non-profit boards, including serving as chair of the March of Dimes Commercial REACH Award.
