She has over 25 years of real estate experience, specializing in multifamily sales & acquisitions, and commercial property management. Robyn is the leader in the KW Commercial Multifamily Division for our company, serving five counties. She is committed to serving both private, and institutional investors, to secure multifamily assets that provide long term stability and exceptional returns. She offers acquisition and disposition services that more than meets the needs of her clients. Robyn Wonnell began her career in Multifamily Commercial Properties in 1984 in Houston, Texas. She has managed, helped acquire or sell more than 9,000 apartment units for private equity firms, as well as national REITS and GSE's. She has worked for and earned numerous awards for Top Rankings with public and private firms such as AIMCO, Davlyn, Pacific Gulf Properties and Michael Stevens Interests. Prior to joining KW Commercial, Robyn worked for Coldwell Banker Commercial in Riverside County, and owned and operated her own brokerage firm in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas. In addition to this experience, she handled probate work referred by multiple attorneys, private individuals, and supervised senior housing projects throughout Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside Counties. Robyn studied at the University of California at San Diego before completing Business Law classes at the University of Houston. She has completed numerous real estate and property management courses and trainings throughout her lengthy career. Robyn completed the Coldwell Banker Commercial Broker Training program and scored in the top 5% of agents from around the country.
