Mr. Pofsky began his real estate career in 2000 as a senior account executive in the specialty lending division of Washington Mutual. Soon after, he began working for International Workplace Group, a multinational corporation that provides office rentals for clients seeking functional and efficient workspaces on both a long term and a flexible basis. As a Director of Global Key Accounts, Mr. Pofsky developed new business with globally recognized organizations, such as Dropbox, Pandora and Netflix. Since then, Mr. Pofsky has excelled at Iliad Real Estate as the Director of Corporate Services, where he continues to develop long term relationships with high-tech startups to ensure everything from initial site selection to assertive lease negotiations are had with landlords and landlord representatives. With 19 years of account management and contract negotiation experience, Mr. Pofsky will bring to your organization a consultative skill set and years of experience, whether it is the first time you are leasing commercial property or the last time. Mr. Pofsky grew up on the Jersey Shore and has been living in San Francisco’s SOMA district for 19 years.
