Scott Palmer is Associate, and partner to Paul Carr, representing the Private Capital Group (PCG) Commercial Team for the Greater Tampa Bay and West Coast of Florida markets. The PCG team specializes in providing sophisticated asset disposition and finance services for office and industrial to high net-worth individuals, local entrepreneurs, private equity funds and institutional clients with non-core assets. Scott is primarily focused on transaction execution and co-leader of major assignments throughout the West Coast of Florida as well as being a key part of the client development efforts. Leveraging local market knowledge with the ability to identify aggressive and ultra-motivated buyers has allowed Scott to add to the team's success. Scott conducts property tours and specializes in articulating the upside of an asset and uncovering hidden value in a property. The real art of the deal is conveying to buyers how they can achieve greater than expected returns and Scott not only embraces this challenge but delivers outstanding results. Prior to joining CBRE, Scott worked for Kingan Commercial Real Estate based in Sarasota, FL where he primarily focused on the disposition and lease renewal of Wells Fargo’s retail bank locations throughout the West Coast of Florida markets. Scott served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves while majoring in Business Management at the University of South Florida. Additionally, Scott is actively involved in the American Cancer Society, Habitat for Humanity, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Westshore Business Alliance, and Young Professionals Group.
