With more than 18 years of experience in real estate, and a particular specialty in tenant and landlord representation, Sherry is known for her strong leadership, creativity in problem-solving & negotiations and for her tenacity. During her 10-year tenure at NAI Austin, where she served as Vice President of Retail Brokerage and Director of Operations, Sherry also served as Vice Chairman of the NAI Global Retail Council Board. Her transaction skills led her to be inducted into the NAI Global Elite, with a primary focus on retail tenant representation, through a corporate services approach. Given this background, it should come as no surprise that Sherry leads Retail Solutions in the execution of our national and international tenant representation platform. Retail Solutions has the nation’s fastest-growing national tenant representation program, servicing our clients’ expansion needs across the entire U.S. She serves as a single point of contact with our clients, as she coordinates and implements tenant expansion rollouts among our clients’ corporate offices, their franchisees (when applicable) and the local-market affiliate brokers. Clients include: Burn Boot Camp, DRNK Coffee + Tea, Qwench Juice Bar, Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ, Little Land Play Gym, Auntie Ann’s Pretzels, and Donut Bar among others. Sherry is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and The International Franchise Association.
