My Pitch

Being a Realtor and working for a large general contracting firm at the same time has given me an inside look at both sides of a commercial transaction. Most buyers or tenants will need to renovate an existing space when they purchase or lease a property. That means they’ll need to have a good general contractor and an experienced Realtor that understands general contracting, construction management and how to negotiate the terms of their purchase or lease.
