Steven’s most recent experience involved Industrial, retail, and office leasing in New Jersey, and Manhattan. In addition Steven has done a huge volume of sales deals,in above mentioned asset classes, and in addition Investment Sales. Prior to that, Steven was the National Sales Director for Jab Real Estate Investment Group in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. There, he was instrumental in the acquisition and disposition of the company’s entire portfolio, with over 100 million dollars worth of multi-family properties across the United States. In addition, Steven was responsible for the company’s Sales Division and managed the Residential Sales team for New Jersey and Indiana.
