With over 26 years in account and project management, Steven Schlesinger is a vice president of UGL Equis’ St. Louis office. Steven’s breadth of expertise includes real estate site selection, construction, project facility and move management, design build, and workplace integration. His emphasis focuses on the development and implementation of processes and programs designed to increase efficiencies, reduce costs, and manage financial needs. Steven strives to integrate business strategy and organizational planning to deliver workspace that returns optimal performance for UGL Equis clients. Previously, Steven was a director for Anheuser Busch in St. Louis, Missouri. During his 21 years with the company, he had a diverse background managing a variety of departments including engineering, manufacturing, sales, quality, project and facility management programs. Steven was also responsible for all P&L activities and the development and execution of Anheuser Busch’s national incentive program. Prior to working with UGL Equis, Steven worked for the largest independent Pepsi Bottler in the nation as a leadership coach and operations consultant to three branch managers and key corporate vice presidents. He was responsible for implementing a performance enhancement system that led to a $10 million profit turnaround for the bottler. As a Senior Quality Auditor for the State of Missouri, Steven has used principles of the Baldrige Program to evaluate various healthcare facilities around the state. And he also used this process during his consultancy with Pepsi Bottlers to improve their productivity, process, standards, while reducing costs. Implementing key strategic approaches and cost saving that turned this organization profitable again While at ANHEUSER-BUSCH, Steven was directly responsible for moving all the Region offices (nationally) into more appropriate and efficient space meeting new Anheuser-Busch standards, Also, Steven was directly involved in the design, project management and construction of over 200 warehouse and office buildings for local distributors nationally and internationally CENTENE- As Account executive, Steven is responsible for over 70 leases /locations that are operated to proper lease management and growth capabilities
