I oversee the project leasing for the KM portfolio. I also serves clients through my role in Tenant Advisory, specializing in fulfilling office and retail requirements. Additionally, I seek out, secure, and work on development or acquisition opportunities.

I consider myself as working to develop fruitful relationships that benefit my clients, my schools, and my community.

I joined KM in 2012 following time spent at Professional Project Management Services, a management firm specializing in serving the needs of public authorities and districts. There I managed the operations of two law enforcement contracts with the Fort Bend County Toll Road Authority and was involved with the project management of the Fort Bend Grand Parkway Toll Road Authority's construction of Segment D.

During my time spent thus far with KM Realty, I've successfully found and negotiated the most favorable lease terms for both office and retail clients. Additionally, I seek out development and acquisition opportunities.
