I spent 7 years in the Litigation Division of Eastman Kodak Company, and 18 yrs. as a Facilities Manager for a two million square feet warehouse facility in the Rochester area. I went to Frontier Communications as the Senior Corporate Real Estate Manager where I managed 1.75 million sq. ft. of office and retail and industrial properties nationwide and was project manager for the construction of a 75,000 sq. ft. office building in Green Bay, WI. I received my Brokers license in 2001 and worked as a commercial real estate broker in sales & leasing for offce, retail, industrial and land development. I have represented many local and national clients such as Time Warner, Loomis Fargo, Mutual of Omaha, La-Z-Boy, and New York State. My transactions have included sales of several hundreds of acres of land for development, agriculture and speculation, sales of several marinas around New York State, hotels, sales and leasing of office buildings, retail plazas and thousands of square feet of industrial buildings. A former board member of the Rochester Chapter New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR), New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), I hold the designations; GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyers Rep). Further, I am active in the community having volunteered for many years serving in various Board capacities for Kirkhaven Nursing Home and Seniorsfirst Community Services, and The Alzheimer’s Association.
