Mr. Key has been actively involved in the California real estate industry continuously since 1979. Mr. Key’s expertise ranges from intense urban infill redevelopment projects to vast undeveloped raw land parcels, including the largest single land transaction in Sacramento County encompassing over 7,000 acres. In the course of his career, Mr. Key has been responsible for the sale and development of many thousands of acres resulting in the development of over 10,000 residential housing units, as well as millions of square feet of commercial, and industrial developments. During this period, Mr. Key has provided land acquisition and strategic planning for many of the top home builders and land developers operating in California. Mr. Key graduated from California State University Long Beach in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science Industrial Design . Mr. Key also holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License, is a member of the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Mr. Key has also served on MLS Technical Committee, the Grievance Committee, and as an Arbitrator on the Professional Standard’s Committee for the Inland Valleys Association of Realtors.
