Tracy A. Murray is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with The Richer Team at Hanna Commercial Real Estate in Albany, NY and is a member of the Greater Capital Association of Realtors (GCAR) and Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (CIREB) and Commercial and Investment Real Estate Certified (CIREC). Tracy brings two decades of marketing strategy and execution from her experience with Nestlé USA. While in Brand Marketing in Oakland, CA headquarters, Tracy was instrumental in the successful launch of several new products, specializing in licensed properties. In 2006 Tracy relocated to the Albany area and began a role within the newly developed Customer Marketing organization. Tracy strategized with sales leadership to develop customized trade and consumer promotions for both national and key regional grocery, drug and convenience customers across the entire Nestlé USA brand portfolio. Tracy worked closely with Direct Store Delivery (DSD) services giving her a good understanding of warehouse and distribution systems. Tracy has two decades of experience in buying, refurbishing selling and managing apartment buildings. Tracy brings expertise in identifying choice apartment investments while adding value through targeted improvements that enhance investment returns and tenant experiences. Tracy has served as a Board of Trustee for the Waterford Historical Museum and Cultural Center and was Co-Chair for the NYS Rising Community Redevelopment Committee and currently serves as an Industry Advisor for the Northeast Film Makers Lab. Tracy is a graduate of SUNY Fredonia with a B.A. in Psychology and resides in Waterford, NY.
