As a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker I work with tenants and owners, representing their interest in leasing or acquiring space or buildings for their business. I work with investors, representing their interest in the acquisition and disposition of income properties. I also work with two other seasoned brokers to create limited partnerships offering accredited and sophisticated investors the opportunity to invest and own interest in commercial real estate without the day-to-day responsibilities of direct ownership. In working with clients and investors, I perform: ** Comparative Lease Analysis ** Feasibility Analysis ** Financial Modeling ** Hold versus Disposition Analysis ** Lease versus Buy Analysis ** User Cost of Occupancy Analysis. Prior to becoming a broker, I worked with the AEC (architectural / engineering / construction) community providing business development services assisting these firms in building relationships with private and public clients. After college I was a manufacturer’s representative for commercial and industrial heating and air conditioning equipment. I worked closely with architects, engineers, contractors and owners and bring this experience and understating of construction, especially with respect to the mechanical and electrical systems, into play when helping clients evaluate opportunities.
