Prior to joining SVN, Alex worked at Terzo & Bologna, a commercial real estate appraisal firm, which provides real estate consulting services and is recognized for its ability to resolve complex development issues. Having gaining experience with all property types, Alex’s primary focus was with multifamily and office property types. With his experience, he combines property operations, analysis, and client relationships to maximize value. Alex prides himself on understanding detailed analysis of multifamily apartment properties, manufactured housing communities, senior housing, affordable housing – Section 8 and Section 42 communities.
Alex holds a real estate license in the State of Indiana. He is a graduate of Purdue University from the Krannert School of Management where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Other courses completed include the areas of accounting, finance, economics, and Entrepreneurship.
