Art Rountree

I bring more than 20 years of experience in high-end residential and commercial real estate, having built and developed over $100 million in assets. My background includes every phase of ownership—from land acquisition and zoning to construction, leasing, operations, and eventual disposition. I understand firsthand the pressures owners face, including capital at risk, timelines, vacancies, and the impact that real estate decisions have on long-term value.

After decades working on the development and ownership side, I transitioned into owner and tenant representation to better serve clients with a true owner’s perspective. I’ve been in the position of signing guarantees, managing projects, and navigating uncertainty, which allows me to relate directly to my clients’ challenges and advocate for their interests with clarity and discipline.

I have since relocated to Jupiter, Florida, where I focus on advising property owners, tenants, and investors throughout Jupiter and the surrounding Palm Beach County markets. My approach is practical and relationship-driven, grounded in local market knowledge and an understanding of what it takes to protect value over time.

My work has been recognized by the Atlanta Urban Design Commission with two Awards for Excellence in Renovations, and I have been named three times to The Atlanta Business Chronicle’s “Who’s Who in Residential Real Estate.” I am a graduate of the University of West Georgia and a Licensed General Contractor in the state of Georgia.

Outside of real estate, I am married to my high school sweetheart and have three grown sons. I value community involvement and am a member of San Harbor Presbyterian Church in Jupiter.
