Growing-up in a group of the real estate investors which owns and managed industrial properties, also some multifamily and hospitality buildings. During the early 2000's and while finishing a Bachelors in Arts; He took advantage of the real estate booming participating in the local commercial real estate business; managing acquisitions and creating a small real estate portfolio, for a group of foreigner investors. By 2010, Alex had participation as Asset Manager of a small commercial properties portfolio. Today Alex Cabrera is a Commercial Broker with experience involved in Buying-Selling & Managing commercial assets. Lately Mr. Cabrera is working towards his CCIM designation, "Certified Commercial Investment Member". In 2022, Alex Cabrera created "the CRE Group", a full service small team of agents dealing with commercial properties; brokerage by EXP Commercial.
