Since 1989, Commercial and Residential real estate sales and leasing and property management representing both Sellers and Landlords Buyers/Investors and Tenants. My company is a real estate investment, brokerage and property management company based in northern Los Angeles County in the City of Agoura Hills. My primary real estate market areas are Los Angeles County and Ventura County but I am also licensed as a broker in Arizona and Nevada.
My clients will agree I am very good at creating new relationships and finding property owners for sales, leasing, JVs or management because I enjoy the thrill of the hunt. We are skilled in many facets including finding the highest quality tenants and dealing with difficult tenants we inherit from projects we take over.
