Fresh out of college in 1998 I went to work for a small commercial real estate firm who gave me Elk Grove Village as my territory to represent. Armed with a new pair of shoes, some flyers and shiny new business cards I set out to knock doors to drum up new business. Technology was scarce back then and the company lacked internet and cell phones so I learned the old fashioned way of farming a territory and becoming an expert in the largest industrial park in the country. I accredit that ground level experience to how I interpret market conditions today in Elk Grove Village. By listening to the needs of the property owners and businesses locating there, I developed a strong understanding and passion for helping those who want to locate there. I tend to focus on properties 30,000 sq. ft. and under, since most of the larger firms do not even track properties in that size range. Therefore enabling me to acquire more listings in those size ranges than any other real estate firm in the area. In 2004 I co-founded another local real estate firm in Elk Grove Village and was Sr. Vice President there for 5 years before joining GC Realty in October of 2009. GC Realty has the best platform and support team that allows me to offer my clients the most value and flexibility, minus the bureaucracy of other firms, ultimately leading to more successful transactions. I remained a local leader during the economic downturn when property values fell and companies were downsizing or going out of business. At that time I lined myself up with several local banks who entrusted me to sell off their REO assets. I also have been highly successful in helping buyers obtain the 6b tax abatement offered through Elk Grove Village and Cook County to help new property owners lower their taxes by 60% over a 13 year period. In 2013 alone, I helped 16 buyers get the abatement in place. Elk Grove Village remains the largest industrial park in the country with its vast resources and abundance of properties. I have carved out a strong niche representing thousands of property owners and tenants over the past 18 years and continue to lend my expertise to those in need of my services.
