Having started in the business just over a year ago, I feel what I have learned in one year is what most learn over many. I have had the opportunity to work with two successful property owners and learn the ins and outs of the business. Everything from marketing to brokerage to tenant buildout Brett has been working through it all.
Now that I have a firm grasp on the property I have been leasing out, I am looking forward to expanding my network and being doing tenant representation as well as leasing out other buildings.
The current building I am leasing out is a 350,000 sf mixed use facility. There is a 3-story 60,000 sf office building and 290,000 sf of single story tech flex space. The building website is: www.bradleybusinesscenter.com
