Brian began his career in Orlando in 1995 working on the 450 acre 5.5 million SF mixed-use development called Millenia. The centerpiece is a 1.2 million square foot luxury mall known as the Mall at Millenia anchored by Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales and Macy’s and featuring high fashion retailers like Chanel, Gucci, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Versace (Ranked top 10 in sales in the US). In 2003, Brian founded Millenia Partners to pursue ground-up development opportunities (most notably “Maitland City Center” – 2018), Third Party Brokerage (specializing in : Retail, Restaurant, Healthcare, Office and Industrial), Investment Sales and Asset Management. Today Millenia Partners and it’s affiliates lease and manage close to a million square feet and is ranked in the Top 10 largest privately held commercial brokerage companies in Central Florida. Millenia Partners currently serves commercial real estate clients throughout the Southeast with offices in Dallas, Atlanta, Orlando, Naples & Boca Raton, FL. Brian currently serves on the board of directors for Hope Africa Collective (HopeAfrica.com) serving the needs of the impoverished in the Cape Flats area outside Cape Town, South Africa. He has previously served on the board of a number of non-profit organizations most notably: Circle Christian School (CircleChristianSchool.org) which supports Parent Directed Education with Private School Accreditation; Summit Church (SummitConnect.org) a biblically functioning community teaching truth, serving others and worshiping God; and Identity For Children which works to provide forgotten children with protections and legal identity. He is also involved with America World Adoption Association (AWAA.org) as an advocate for international adoption working in China, Ethiopia, India, Colombia, Haiti and Kyrgyzstan. Above all, Brian cherishes his role as Husband and Father.
