Brian Whidden CCIM has been in the real estate business since 2004 when he received his Real estate license for Tennessee. He has lived in Johnson City for over 25 years. He obtained his Brokers license in 2007. Prior to real estate Brian worked at the Polk County sheriff’s office in Fla, then after moving to Tennessee he started a landscaping company which he owned for 12 years. Went to school at Walter State Community College in Morristown and received an A.S. Degree in Horticulture. Brian specializes in Self Storage and Multifamily brokerage, he received his CCIM designation in 2011. He enjoys golf, fishing, hunting, camping and has even went skydiving in the summer of 2019, but what he really enjoys is hiking long distances on trails. Has completed over 1200 miles on the Appalachian trail so far and plans to finish the trail as life allows. He really enjoys challenges in life, physically and mentally. He lives in Johnson City, TN and has a Blue Lacy dog named Bella. soon
