Since 1996 Bryan has developed, leased, managed and sold commercial & investment properties in the Memphis MSA and throughout the Southeastern United States.

Full Profile

Early in his career, Bryan was given the opportunity to direct the growth of several regional companies as they expanded throughout the United States where his primary focus was site selection, as well as negotiation and execution of lease and build-to-suit opportunities. In 2000, he focused on cash flowing commercial investments as well as development of sustainable property holdings. In 2004 he created The Evans Companies and expanded his portfolio to investment offerings thru partnerships under both private and public enterprise. Today, Bryan works with clients to take advantage of the current market conditions by providing brokerage & advisory services as well as completing Investment & sale/lease back transactions.
