Collectively, the office manages and represents over 9 million square feet of space in the Phoenix area, with clients ranging from individuals in search of space to publicly traded corporations. With Phoenix, Avison Young now has a local presence in all major American and established a presence in one of the largest and fastest-growing metro markets in the U.S.
In 2019 Avison Young acquired Phoenix-based Strategic Retail Group. Effective immediately, SRG is rebranded as Avison Young and nine members from SRG join Avison Young in Phoenix. Matt Milinovich, James DeCremer and David Jarand become Principals of Avison Young with a mandate to manage and grow the company’s retail brokerage practice in Arizona. In addition, they will continue to service existing and new clients.
