I have a subcontractor client that is looking for 1.5 – 2 acres in either East bay Area (Antioch area would be awesome) or San Jose Area. This would be for fabricating pre-finish exterior wall panels that would be shipped to San Jose & SF.

 

  • They need access, to easily get flatbed trailers in.
  • Prefer a space under roof if possible.
  • Dirt lot would work, we’d have to pour a few pads to put panel jigs on and we’d also put down base.
