Since 1989, he has lived on his family’s ranch outside of Lewistown, MT, where he runs Black Angus cattle and a hunting outfitting business. Prior to forming Western Ranch Brokers, Bill spent 10-plus years with Fay Ranches. As he winds down a 30-year pro rodeo cowboy career—which netted two All-Around titles on the Montana circuit—Bill has shifted his focus to training horses and helping his son, Brady, pursue rodeo championships of his own.

In addition, Caleb and his family are in the land and water resource development business. Graduating from Montana State University in Animal Science, Caleb understands modern agriculture and its fine balance with land stewardship. Caleb is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and fishing the backcountry of Montana. He also takes pride in raising and training top quality American Quarter Horses and you can most likely find him at your local jackpot team roping on Friday nights. Caleb believes in honesty and fair dealing and will bring next generation efficiency in helping any client buy or sell a Montana ranch property.

Full Bio: Drew grew up in in Upstate New York and graduated from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College with a degree in accounting in 1993. He worked for a large accounting firm for a few years before heading west to Colorado where he spent almost ten years as the general manager and part owner of a regional transportation company. Family brought him north to Montana in 2004 and that time he joined NAI Business Properties, and has been a partner in the firm since 2012. During his tenure with this firm, he has represented both tenants and landlords in all aspects of leasing and brokerage. His clients range from large midwestern manufacturers to west coast distributors to Fortune 500 office users to local and national retailers. He has represented a number of national and regional companies including Exxon Mobil, Fiserv, Eide Bailly, Valley Federal Credit Union, Conoco Phillips, Jimmy John’s, RBC, Stockman Bank, Merrill Lynch, American Medical Response, Anvil Corp, Paynewest Insurance, and St Vincent Healthcare.
