As a Commercial Advisor I thrive on working with property and business owners on very complex transactions where I utilize my in depth knowledge and expertise in the legal field and over 20 years of extensive experience to maneuver the obstacles in some of the toughest situations to find and deliver suitable solutions for my clients. I am a forward thinker and able to foresee most potential issues and tackle them head on to prevent any setbacks to achieve the desired result for my clients. My focus has also been working with Private Equity Firms, Hedge Funds and Private Commercial & Business Investors nationwide since 2017 in closing large M&A projects in the various types of commercial properties, Aviation (domestic & international) and the Renewable Energy industry. One of my core values is to give back to our communities. I have a heart Dream Centers of Colorado Springs/Mary’s Home and Operation Underground Railroad. I also love spending time with my family especially my precious grandchildren.
