Dan Maloof joined Maloof Commercial Real Estate in 1981. Since then, Dan has focused on the marketing, sales and management of commercial, industrial and investment properties in Central Illinois. His knowledge of building values, development costs, trends, governing bodies and constraints have made him a trusted source for his clients, serving as an expert witness relative to building use and values, representing both local banks and nationwide financial institutions in the evaluation and disposition of their assets. As Vice President, Dan leads the marketing effort and is responsible for tenant representation, landlord/owner representation, consultative brokerage, lease acquisition, sales acquisition and brokerage opinion of value analysis, property management and new construction, office construction feasibility and multi-market office/warehouse requirements. Dan’s commercial real estate portfolio total over 1,000,000 square feet. As a third-generation Illinoisan, Dan was born and raised in Peoria and has a unique perspective on the development and real estate trends shaping the tri-county area and its future growth. Licensed in Illinois, Dan has over 35 years commercial real estate experience, is a member of the the EDC & Chamber of Commerce, and has completed a host of relevant assignments.
