Mr. Knott is a partner and founding Principal of KD Commercial Real Estate, LLC.  He has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate.  Most recently, he held positions as the Managing Director at NAI Merin Hunter Codman and was a Principal at a commercial real estate firm in Palm Beach Gardens.  Prior to that, he specialized in commercial transactions and financial analysis for a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) in Rockville, Maryland.  He has been involved in countless numbers of sale and lease transactions with total consideration exceeding $600 million.
