I have over 18 years of commercial real estate experience and have completed sale and lease deals all over the country and have worked in various markets.

My Pitch

Mr. Laney has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience with over $100M in combined transactions conducted in Arizona and New Mexico. David sees his role as that as that of real estate advisor for individuals and business owners guiding them during the ownership cycle by providing leasing services to maximize values, finding commercial financing when necessary and by creating exit strategies for the dispositon of the asset when the timing is right for the client. Mr. Laney's specialties are in the areas of Office and Industrial properties, with further specialization of Self Storage businesses and real estate sales. Mr. Laney's original hometown is Tulsa, Oklahoma and he attended the University of Oklahoma in Norman and now resides in Fountain Hills, Arizona.
