These comprehensive services - geared specifically for this business sector, include: • Evaluating current Lease and Ownership expenses and opportunities • Analyzing how Location, Space and Amenities fit current and ongoing business requirements • Leveraging Market Knowledge and Commercial Real Estate data resources to negotiate the best possible scenarios whether clients are Buying, Selling or Leasing • Managing transactions, including the coordination of resources, from beginning to end • Tracking and providing follow-up to ensure that objectives, related to or driven by Commercial Real Estate, are being met Essentially, I serve as the “Real Estate Department” for my clients.
