He moved to College Station in 2020 after being honorably discharged from serving in the United States Army for 4 years. His desire to join the real estate industry started before joining the army, as the limitless growth opportunities peaked his interest. He joined Riverstone Companies as in Analyst and has grown his knowledge and expertise of the latest market trends, regulations, and investment strategies. Full Bio: Jim Jones is a founding partner of Riverstone Companies. Over the course of nearly 20 years, Jim has garnered incredible industry experience at respected companies such as KW Commercial, Caldwell Companies, Alpine Development Group, and Stafford Barrett Commercial Brokerage. His vision to build a brokerage based on the principles of putting clients needs above personal gain and doing business with honesty, trust, and integrity led is foundational for Riverstone Companies. Perhaps this notion stemmed from his belief that no client is too small to receive first-class service from a firm that believes in the power of a true partnership. Whether its family life, business dealings, or community work, Jim believes unfailingly in putting people first.

Full Bio: Trey is a Senior Advisor with Riverstone Companies. Treys primary area of focus is the rapidly growing region of Montgomery County/Conroe/Woodland and surrounding communities on the north and west sides of Houston. He has significant experience in construction and development which allows him to provide a different perspective to his clients in order to identify opportunities. Prior to joining SVN | Riverstone, Trey served in a business development and project management capacity in the oil and gas industry. While in this role, he procured land deals and constructed offices and field housing for large corporations.

Full Bio: Angela is an Advisor with Riverstone Companies. Angela was born and raised in the Brazos Valley and has been a resident in College Station for over 20 Years. Her background, drive and dedication for helping people encouraged her career in real estate. She began her profession focusing on residential sales and leasing. Her education in business and over a decade in management fostered her desire to expand her skills and knowledge, leading her to seek a path in commercial real estate, specializing in retail sales and leasing. Prior to joining Riverstone Companies, she held a position in healthcare for 16 years with over 10 years as the business manager.

Full Bio: Blake Moeller is an Advisor with Riverstone Companies. Blake was raised just outside of Austin, in Pflugerville. Growing up he raised all sorts of livestock including; cattle, hogs, and chickens. Destined to be an Aggie, he moved to College Station in 2004 and graduated with a Bachelor's in Agricultural Leadership and Development. With 10 years of western retail experience Blake decided to start his own business, MR3 Ranch Services in 2018. He wanted to continue his services to the farm and ranch community by getting his real estate license and joining Riverstone Companies in 2019.

Brief Bio: Jessica Sechelski is Transaction Coordinator/Associate Advisor at Riverstone Companies.

Full Bio: Originally born in the Houston area, Jessica grew up on her family ranch further north in Navasota, Texas. She has been a native of the Grimes County area most of her life and after graduating high school she immediately had a calling for real estate early on. Her journey started in 2004 with Gods Country Realty out of Magnolia, Texas selling residential foreclosures and investments to clients all over the Greater North Houston area. She later progressed her focus into home/land sales in Grimes County and gained experience in property management in the Bryan/College Station area for a few years. Jessicas ambition to help others pursue their dream home or investment opportunity has been her passion for years. With her prior experience in the BCS area and the abundance of growth happening she felt a calling to shift this direction joining Riverstone Companies, LLC. Jessica lives nearby in the Iola area with her family and joys going to her children's sporting events and coaching. She also assists with sales, helping her family's house moving business established in 1957, The Sipe Boys of Texas, LLC.
