Personal: Elbert Wuthrich was born in Littlefield, TX of Lamb County where the Wuthrich family farm is located. Growing up in West Texas allowed the rich experiences of farming and ranching to be a daily part of life. After completing a pre-veterinary medicine degree at Texas A&M University, Elbert worked for two years in the South Texas oil field, logging wells from Del Rio to Crystal City.
