As a brokerage associate of the Colliers Raleigh-Durham Office Advisory Team, Ginny is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships with landlords, tenants, property owners and investors within the Triangle and Triad areas of North Carolina. Prior to joining Colliers, Ginny worked with a local Triangle commercial and development firm, Campbell Property Group. There she led team projects from leasing and development to property sales. Ginny is a graduate of North Carolina State University as well as a former entrepreneur and business owner. She founded Simply Sitting in 2011, an innovative childcare referral service that Ginny expanded statewide. With her experience in business and capital management as well as marketing, Ginny now acts as a trusted advisor to her clients on aligning real estate plans with business and investor goals. Ginny is passionate about real estate and investments. She is a native of Greensboro and a long time Raleigh resident excited to help local and expanding companies call North Carolina home.
