She has proven success with her intense work ethic, personal integrity, and dedication to client service. Heather is integrally involved with her clients’ projects in all aspects including site plan development, center rehabilitation, creating and securing an exceptional tenant base and successfully managing hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial space.

Heather brings nearly 25 years of active real estate experience to NAI Capital. Prior to joining the firm, Heather was President at Sharp Commercial, a boutique brokerage she founded, providing the full scope of retail services in the Coachella Valley. Heather served as Vice President of the Coachella Valley Retail Division at Colliers International for four years. She began her career in commercial real estate as a Sales Associate at Baxley Properties.
