Since joining the Binswanger Company in 2017, Jason Ostach has had significant experience serving clients throughout the Greater Philadelphia area as well as the Central New Jersey market. Mr. Ostach's responsibilities include assisting his clients with tenant and buyer representation, acquisitions and dispositions, consulting, and site selection. He has been involved in various assignemtns for a broad range of clients, including GetSpace, VYGON, Indigo Capital Partners, and AVH Hospitality among others. Mr. Ostach currently resides in Center City Philadelphia and holds a degree in Hospitality and Sociology from Johnson and Wales University where he served on several board positions as a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity.
